Before We Hit the Trails...

Please take a moment to fill out our Client Intake Form, which includes your pup’s profile, preferences, and key details to help us tailor every adventure.

You’ll also find our Client Waiver, Consent, & Liability Release Form — it’s a quick read and ensures we’re all on the same page when it comes to safety and expectations.

📌 Both forms must be completed before any bookings are confirmed.

Thanks for helping us keep things safe, smooth, and tail-waggin’ awesome!

Our Policies

To keep adventures fun, safe, and stress-free for everyone (two-legged and four!), please take a moment to review our key policies:

Vaccinations
All dogs must be current on the following core vaccines: Rabies, Distemper (DHPP), Bordetella, & Lepto. Flea and tick prevention is also required. Proof of vaccination may be requested before services are provided.

Behavior Requirements
We welcome dogs of all temperaments, including reactive or selective pups. For safety, please be honest about your dog’s behavior. If your pup  requires a muzzle we understand it helps us keep your dog safe and successful. Your dog’s safety and comfort always come first. We never place dogs with other dogs or allow off-leash activity without your prior consent.

Cancellations
We understand things come up! Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. No-shows or same-day cancellations (as in not told until time of service) may result in a fee.

Weather
We hike in all kinds of weather — but in extreme heat, lightning, or hazardous trail conditions, outings may be shortened, modified, or rescheduled for safety.

Gear
Traditional walks can be done with your pup’s personal leash, collar, or harness, provided they are in good condition and fit properly. For hiking adventures, dogs must wear a secure collar with up-to-date ID tags, dogs will be fitted with a Paws on Mountains slip lead harness and a GPS tracker to ensure visibility and safety on the trail. All dogs participating in off-leash activities must wear a secure collar or harness with up-to-date ID tags, we will attach a GPS tracker securely to your dog’s

own gear for added safety measures.

Payments
Payment is due at the time of service, or once service has been completed, unless other arrangements have been made. As of now we accept Cash, Zelle, Apple Pay. We will soon accept credit card payments online.
